Cathy Thuringer Promoted to Principal

PHOENIX, AZ – Trammell Crow Company, one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces that Cathy Thuringer has been promoted to Principal within the firm’s Phoenix Business Unit.

In her new role as Principal, she will continue to oversee industrial developments throughout central and southern Arizona, including land use and entitlements; design and construction oversight; budget management and ongoing financial reporting; oversight of marketing and site/project acquisition and disposition activity.
