Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has announced the following promotions, effective January 1st, 2020.
Chris Tipre of TCC’s SoCal—Newport Beach office has been promoted to Principal. Chris joined TCC in 2012 and has been an essential member of the team, providing valued expertise and experience across all major product types. As a principal, Chris works alongside capital partners, brokers, tenant representatives and prospective investors for the sourcing, shaping, and execution of new acquisitions and development projects. He served as the team leader for The Boardwalk, TCC’s 550,000-square-foot speculative Class A office campus in Irvine. Chris has negotiated over 30 leases at the project, accounting for approximately 500,000 square feet of space. Having been involved in 1.1M square feet of total office development, as well as nearly six million square feet of industrial development, Chris has a dynamic skillset and is now in the process of leading negotiations on the team’s first multifamily pursuits.
Cathy Thuringer of TCC’s Phoenix office has been promoted to Managing Director. Thuringer joined Trammell Crow Company in 1988 and has been an integral part of the Phoenix Business Unit since. Cathy was promoted to BU Leader in 2019 as a result of her consistent sourcing, shaping and execution skills and her proven leadership within the Phoenix BU. Cathy has completed over eight industrial and office parks of scale, which together well-exceed six million square feet. She serves as one of eleven members of Trammell Crow Company’s Leadership Council, a senior leadership group that is charged with identifying, vetting and implementing strategic company initiatives. She also frequently participates as a subject matter expert for Trammell Crow Company’s national investment committee reviewing the Company’s investment in development projects throughout the United States.
David Neuman from TCC MidAtlantic has been promoted to Managing Director. Since joining the MidAtlantic Business Unit 13 years ago, David has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a relentless drive to generate profitable new business, an understanding of deal structuring and risk mitigation, and a strong reputation within the market. He is responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and management of new developments and acquisitions through all phases of the development process including feasibility, concept planning, entitlement, design, financing, construction, leasing, and monetization. David has led the Business Unit’s re-entry into the regional industrial market; over the last five years he has cultivated strong relationships that have resulted in over three million square feet of new product developed, including K2M’s Global Headquarters, Northeast Commons, Vista Business Park, Principio Commerce Center and Harmans Road.
Mark Dishaw from TCC Atlanta has been promoted to Managing Director. A 38-year veteran of the industry, Mark joined TCC six years ago to open the Atlanta Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and overseeing new development and investment opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta market. Mark has been responsible for hiring the team of eight in place today and has grown the BU’s business dramatically with the development of four million square feet of industrial projects. The team’s first office project, a 350,000-square-foot office tower dubbed Twelve24, is already 70 percent leased. In 2019, Mark had a focus on entering multifamily development and the BU made strategic hires to formally launch the product type.
