Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, has appointed Dídac Escrivà as Director, Industrial & Logistics Investment in Iberia.

Based in Madrid, Dídac will be responsible for originating and executing industrial and logistics investment opportunities across Spain and Portugal, supporting the continued expansion of TCC's logistics portfolio in the region following the appointment of Gregg Gilbert to lead the platform.

Dídac's appointment follows a series of recent hires across TCC's Iberian platform, reflecting the firm's growing development and investment activity in the region. Miguel Blanco and Cristina Barrio have joined the development management team, while Alonso Dupuy de Lôme has been appointed to the investment team, bolstering TCC's capabilities across sourcing, execution and delivery as it continues to scale its Iberian presence.

Dídac brings deep experience across industrial development, site origination and capital markets, with a strong track record of working on both speculative and build‑to‑suit logistics projects. He joins TCC from Goodman, where he spent six years as Business Development Manager, leading the identification, structuring and delivery of logistics developments across Spain, with a particular focus on Catalunya and the Barcelona region — one of the country's most supply‑constrained and strategically important logistics markets.

During his time at Goodman, Dídac was instrumental in the delivery of several landmark logistics schemes in Catalunya, including some of Spain's first multi‑level logistics developments, working closely with occupiers and institutional capital partners to bring forward complex, urban‑focused projects. Prior to this, he held roles at Cintra and infrastructure group Sacyr.

A civil engineer by background, Dídac has extensive experience managing projects through the full development lifecycle, from land sourcing and feasibility through to commercial structuring and delivery, working closely with institutional investors, occupiers and multidisciplinary project teams.

TCC is an active logistics developer in Spain, with four projects currently underway comprising approximately 55 hectares of land, which will deliver around 360,000 sq m of logistics space.

Gregg Gilbert, Head of Iberia at Trammell Crow Company, said: "Dídac's appointment adds further depth to our Iberian platform at a time when demand for high‑quality logistics space in the region remains strong. His development experience, sector knowledge and local market insight will be invaluable as we continue to grow our logistics pipeline and work with partners to deliver well‑located, sustainable assets."

Dídac Escrivà, Director of Industrial & Logistics Investment at Trammell Crow Company, commented: "TCC has built a strong reputation as a long‑term development partner within the logistics sector, both in Spain and across Europe and the United States. I'm excited to join the team and to support the growth of the Iberian platform, working alongside the team to originate and deliver well‑located, high‑quality logistics developments across Spain and Portugal."
