Trammell Crow Company continues European expansion with two key hires in France

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, has appointed two key executives to its French team. Madi Ndiaye has joined the firm as Vice President, Development Investment, while James Beatty has been hired as Vice President, Development Management. Madi and James will be based in TCC’s Paris office and will focus on logistics, industrial and data center development projects.
Madi Ndiaye joins the team from Baytree France, a pan-European developer of industrial and logistics buildings, where he was responsible for originating and executing transactions, as well as producing strategic plans for the business. Prior to that, Madi was an Investment Manager at real estate developer and asset manager Telamon, where he focused on both principal and third-party investments.
A seasoned veteran in the industry, Madi brings his wide-reaching network of relationships, deep sector expertise and strong operational capabilities to the company. His new mandate at TCC will involve sourcing, structuring and executing key real estate development deals across France.
James Beatty brings more than a decade of experience in managing and delivering large-scale development projects across both the UK and France. Most recently, he served as Development Manager at Scannell Properties, where he led on all aspects of the development management process for logistics projects in France and the UK. Prior to that, James was Senior Project Manager at Gleeds France, a property and construction consultancy. A qualified quantity surveyor, James is highly skilled in managing both existing and new build projects from inception through to completion. James’s focus at TCC will include designing, budgeting, and managing the technical aspects of development deals, as well as coordinating contractors and project delivery partners.
Together with Sami Atallah, Capital Markets & Transactions Director, the team will form the backbone of TCC’s development strategy and executional capabilities across France. These appointments reinforce TCC’s commitment to strengthening its footprint in France and across Europe.
