Developer opens third German office with key appointments and announces senior promotion

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, announces that it has opened a third German office in Munich and appointed Max Alleze as Vice President, Development Investment. In addition, Michael Nolte has joined the firm’s Dusseldorf office as Vice President, Development Management. Moreover, TCC has selected Max Moser to lead its industrial and logistics platform in Germany as Senior Vice President. Previously a Vice President within the firm, Max has played a pivotal role in TCC’s growth and in this expanded role, he will continue to drive the firm’s investment strategy and development pipeline in the region.

Max Alleze brings deep real estate investment experience across asset classes, especially in the logistics and light industrial sector, having worked as Associate Director, Investments at AEW, and previously as an Associate, Investments at Allianz Real Estate. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than €2.5bn worth of transactions. Max’s hire expands TCC’s physical presence to Munich, reinforcing its commitment to investing in the Bavarian market.

Michael Nolte has been a leader in the construction and real estate industry for more than 20 years as a qualified civil engineer and joins TCC from his own company DAT Ingenieure GmbH, where he advised clients on the development of commercial properties, including multi-story business parks. Prior to this, he led the Development Management team at Prologis Germany, where he was responsible for the delivery of big box logistics developments across Germany.

Both new hires will report to Max Moser, who since joining TCC in 2022, has played a key role in advancing the company’s presence in Germany, driving investment strategies and fostering the firm’s growth in the industrial and logistics sectors. His promotion reflects TCC’s confidence in his ability to further accelerate the company’s success in the region. Max is based in TCC’s Düsseldorf office.

The recent team expansion highlights TCC’s commitment to the German industrial and logistics market, with the company continuing to strengthen its position in the country by attracting high-quality talent with a strong track record in real estate investment and development.
