Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, has strengthened its UK logistics platform with the appointment of Dan Rees as Head of UK Logistics, alongside the addition of Tim Bradshaw as Vice President, Development Management.

The strengthened team reflects TCC’s intention to continue to deploy capital selectively but decisively in the UK logistics market. With the ability to self-fund, structure partnerships flexibly and draw on a pan-European platform, the business is actively seeking to build on its existing pipeline with additional well-located industrial and logistics opportunities across core UK markets.

Dan Rees, who joined TCC in 2023, will now lead the firm’s UK logistics strategy, combining capital origination, partnerships and development oversight. His appointment to this position reflects TCC’s conviction in the long-term fundamentals of the logistics sector and its ambition to deploy further resources into the market.

Rees brings a strong track record in development, investment structuring and capital partnerships. Alongside Toby Pentecost, who continues to lead TCC’s UK offices platform, he co-founded Candour, a UK workspace development partner that built a portfolio of approximately 850,000 sq ft of Grade A commercial projects with a gross development value exceeding £850m, and was acquired by TCC in 2023. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at private equity firms Orion Capital Managers and Brockton Capital, completing transactions of over £1bn across UK real estate.

As well as Rees’ appointment, Tim Bradshaw has joined TCC as Vice President, Development Management, further reinforcing the firm’s delivery capability. Bradshaw will be responsible for overseeing logistics and industrial developments from feasibility through construction completion, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across TCC’s UK portfolio.

With more than 15 years’ experience in construction and real estate development, Bradshaw brings deep technical expertise across design coordination, budgeting, programme management, procurement and risk mitigation. Prior to joining TCC, he held senior development roles at Bridge Industrial and Oxenwood Real Estate, delivering complex logistics schemes across the UK. Earlier in his career, he worked in project and site management roles at Peel Ports Group and Balfour Beatty. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool.

Since entering the UK market in 2021, TCC has acquired logistics sites in Sheffield, Milton Keynes and Heywood near Manchester. The UK logistics platform is supported by TCC’s wider European business, comprising nearly £3bn of GDV across 29 projects spanning all product types located in the UK, Germany, France and Spain.

Dan Rees, Head of UK Logistics at TCC, said: “TCC has built strong foundations in the UK, underpinned by a robust balance sheet and deep relationships with institutional capital partners in the UK and across Europe. That gives us the ability to self‑fund where appropriate and to structure deals flexibly, whether through direct acquisition, joint venture or alternative capital solutions. As the UK logistics market evolves, I’m excited to lead the team and work closely with partners to unlock well‑located opportunities and continue scaling the platform.”

Tim Bradshaw, Vice President, Development Management at TCC, added: “In the current market, delivery certainty matters. Using my background in the planning, technical delivery and execution of complex industrial schemes across the UK, my focus is on ensuring TCC can move quickly and decisively from concept through to completion. Combined with the firm’s capital strength and pan‑European platform, we are well placed to offer agents and landowners a highly credible and dependable development partner.”
