UBS Moves Dallas Office To Legacy Tower

DALLAS, TX – Trammell Crow Company, along with its joint venture partner, Principal Real Estate Investors, announces UBS, a Switzerland based global firm providing financial services in over 50 countries, has signed a 27,948 square foot lease at Legacy Tower. UBS will relocate from its offices at the Spectrum and 5950 Sherry Lane in Dallas to the 12th floor of Legacy Tower late this year. This new location will serve as the Company’s Far North Dallas Wealth Management Office.

Phase I of Legacy Tower features a 13-story, 342,033 square foot, Class AA office tower located at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Legacy Drive. It is served by a 1,200 car, six-level parking garage, which connects to the building lobby via an enclosed, air conditioned walkway. The building features efficient floor plates, green space and a two-story building lobby with a main entrance that opens to The Shops at Legacy. The building is pre-certified LEED® Gold.
