Aaron Thielhorn is the Market Leader and Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company’s Houston region. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, focused on managing people, customers, and investments. Aaron is deeply involved in client and investor relationships, as well as deal sourcing, structuring, and executing development, acquisition, and other investment opportunities.
Aaron began his career with TCC in 1999 as a Financial Analyst. He has served in series of roles of increased responsibility focused on executing investments in both the Houston and Austin markets. He has extensive experience in office, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, providing leadership to TCC teams responsible for the development of over 7.9 million square feet of projects, with a total capitalized value of $2.8 billion.
Aaron is a past president of the NAIOP Houston chapter, a member of multiple University of Texas councils, and active in other local industry and charitable organizations.
