Adam Nims serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Trammell Crow Company, leading the firm’s investment strategy. He also oversees TCC’s capital markets and strategic development solutions initiatives.
Mr. Nims, who joined TCC in 2006, previously served as President, Eastern U.S. for the firm, with oversight of teams in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Raleigh/Durham and Washington D.C. Prior to that, he was President, Western U.S., responsible for the firm’s offices in Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Newport Beach. He has also previously served as the Market Leader and Managing Director for TCC Austin.
Mr. Nims is a member of TCC’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
He holds an MBA from Harvard University and received his undergraduate degree in engineering from Texas Tech University.
