Adam Tetenbaum serves as Vice President for TCC’s Northern California office. In this role, he is responsible for development management, design team leadership, and vertical construction for TCC’s multifamily developments across Northern California.
Prior to joining TCC, Adam worked as a Senior Vice President at Olympic Residential Group, where he was responsible for the development execution of $350 million worth of development across 600 units in San Francisco and Sunnyvale. Before joining Olympic, Adam worked as a Development Manager with Greystar’s Northern California office, managing entitlements, design development, and construction for multiple complex multifamily projects around the San Francisco Bay Area.
