Alonso serves as Associate Director, Development Investment for TCC Iberia. Based in Madrid, he focuses on the end‑to‑end execution of real estate development projects. He brings deep expertise in acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and capital structuring, and leverages a distinctive background that combines financial analysis with technical design. This blend of skills enables him to manage projects seamlessly from initial site identification and acquisition through delivery and capitalization.
Before joining Trammell Crow Company, Alonso served as an Investment Associate at Aguirre Investment Management, a real estate investment, development, and asset management firm. Earlier in his career, he trained as an architect, gaining hands-on experience in project design, planning, and cost management.
