Alyssa Corbett

Alyssa Corbett serves as a Senior Associate for TCC’s San Francisco office. In this role, Alyssa is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site planning, market and feasibility analysis, financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, and leasing and disposition.

Prior to joining TCC, Alyssa worked at Prospect Ridge where she was a member of the acquisitions team and was responsible for underwriting and market analysis for new opportunities in target markets across the country. Before joining Prospect Ridge, she worked at Starwood Capital Group on the development asset management team, overseeing a portfolio of assets under construction across the US. She was responsible for property valuations and return analyses, monitoring, and reporting asset performance, and implementing business plans with a focus on budget and schedule. Prior to joining Starwood, Alyssa worked at Extell Development Company on a new master planned ski resort and village in Park City, Utah. As a member of the development team, she worked on all project phases including site acquisition, underwriting, capital stack structure, brand partnerships, and bond issuances. 

Alyssa holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of Utah and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University. Alyssa is an active member of NAIOP and Urban Land Institute.
