Andrew Clarke

Andrew Clarke is Vice President of Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) U.K. Office Development team, responsible for delivering new U.K. commercial office opportunities to expand TCC’s development business within the London and U.K markets. Andrew is based in London.

Prior to joining TTCC, Andrew was Development Director at Candour, a privately owned operating partner and development manager specializing in development and asset management of highly complex commercial projects in London and across the U.K. He was responsible for the delivery of new developments and acquisitions through all phases of the development process and remains active in the delivery of the Welcome Building, a highly sustainable, all-electric workplace in Bristol City Centre and the repositioning of 20 Gresham Street in the City of London for Schroders.

Andrew has over 28 years of professional development and construction experience in a variety of property sectors, specialising in commercial office (new build and refurbishment), retail and residential and is also a qualified Architect and Project Manager.

Prior to joining Candour, Andrew delivered over 600,000 square feet of commercial office space as Development Director for Landid and Brockton Capital, including The Charter Building, Uxbridge and Thames Tower, Reading. He also successfully secured planning permission for The FORE Partnership for their sustainable TBC London office redevelopment by Tower Bridge, London.
