Andrew Horn has served as CBRE’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer since January 2025. In this role he leads finance activities across the company’s Advisory Services, Building Operations & Experience and Real Estate Investment business segments.

Previously, Mr. Horn served as Chief Financial Officer for CBRE’s Services businesses and, before that, Chief Financial Officer of the Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment, which consists of CBRE’s investment management and real estate development businesses.

Earlier, he led CBRE’s Finance Innovation Office, which supported all Finance Transformation Initiatives, including systems and tool deployments, the Reporting Center of Excellence, and the Global Processes & Systems organization, as well as Finance for the Project Management business line.

Prior to his role in the Finance Innovation Office, Mr. Horn was the Global Head of Finance at Hana, CBRE’s former flexible-office space subsidiary, where he oversaw all finance-related requirements including budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, balance sheet management and capital forecasting.

Before that, he served as a Vice President at AlixPartners where he advised clients on a range of matters, including turnarounds and restructuring. Earlier in his career, Mr. Horn held numerous roles at both CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, the company’s real estate development subsidiary.

Mr. Horn holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
