Andy Whiteley serves as Vice President at TCC. In this role, he manages the design and construction process from selection and management of design consultants, through construction close out for projects throughout North Carolina. Andy has 40 years of diversified project management experience, prior to joining the team Andy spent 12 years managing major projects including corporate campus, research, housing, and infrastructure projects totaling over 12 million GSF for Saudi Aramco’s project management organization in Saudi Arabia. Andy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, and professional certifications from Project Management Institute and USGBC.
