Associated Office
Austin Conway serves as a Vice President for Trammell Crow Company (TCC) within the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. He applies more than 19 years of experience in real estate development to manage building design and construction-related activities for the firm’s development projects.
Austin joined TCC in 2025, following his tenure as Vice President at an international commercial real estate developer. Prior to that, he worked for a large commercial general contractor.
Austin has managed the completion of more than 2.3 million square feet of Class A office and retail projects within the Dallas-Fort Worth market as well as 54 office tenant improvement projects.
Austin is responsible for managing the entire development process, including property due diligence, feasibility, entitlements, conceptual planning, scope and budget establishment, programming, design, engineering, scheduling, construction, and comprehensive reporting to project stakeholders.
