Austin Swift serves as a Senior Associate for Trammell Crow Company in Portland. He is focused on acquisition and development including sourcing, deal structuring, underwriting, debt and equity solicitation, and execution across multifamily, industrial, office, and data center assets. Austin also supports strategy, investment process management, and real estate due diligence.
Prior to joining TCC, Austin was a Senior Associate at Hines, focusing on the acquisition and development of multifamily, office, industrial, and data center assets throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to Hines, Austin was an Associate Investments Manager at CrowdStreet, where he raised capital for multifamily projects across the country.
