Associated Office
Blake Reilly started in 2022 and serves as a financial analyst for TCC’s Dallas-Fort Worth office and for High Street Residential, TCC's wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. In this role, Blake assists with the underwriting of prospective multifamily and office development projects. Blake is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities in office and multifamily sectors. He is also engaged in constructing dynamic financial models, researching and analyzing market data, due diligence, marketing, leasing, producing investment packages, and capital structuring.
