Brady Maus serves as Vice President within TCC’s Phoenix market. In his role, Brady focuses on the sourcing and execution of ground-up developments. He is involved in the entire life cycle of a project and oversees all market research, due diligence, internal investment committee processes, entitlements, design, project capitalization, asset management and disposition.
Brady brings to the team a decade of experience in the real estate brokerage, development and strategic acquisition sectors. He has been a key team player in over 3 million square feet of retail, self-storage, office and industrial deals in his career.
