Brandon Hueber serves as Senior Vice President in the Orlando office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), leading residential and mixed-use development initiatives across Florida for High Street Residential (HSR), TCC’s residential subsidiary. In this role, Brandon oversees the sourcing, execution, and management of new residential development opportunities, advancing visionary and impactful projects throughout the state.
Brandon joins HSR from Crosland Southeast, where he founded the company’s Florida office and established a multifamily development platform in the state. In this role, he oversaw all phases of development for the company's Florida projects, including sourcing, underwriting, entitlement, design and permitting, capitalization, construction and project management, asset management, stabilization, and disposition.
