Brendon Dedekind serves as a Senior Vice President with TCC’s Central Florida office. Based in Orlando, Brendon is responsible for growing the office’s development pipeline by sourcing and executing a variety of industrial developments throughout the region, including both speculative and build-to-suit projects.
Prior to joining TCC, Brendon was Vice President, Market Officer for Prologis in Orlando, where he managed $2 billion worth of real estate assets and had responsibility over the acquisition, development, management, disposition, and overall brand/relationship management of these assets.
Brendon is an active board member for the Florida Chapter of NAIOP, and he served as NAIOP Central Florida Chapter President in 2019. He earned his degree in electrical engineering from Florida State University.
