Brendon Dedekind is the Market Leader and Principal for TCC’s Orlando office, which develops throughout Florida. Based in Orlando, Brendon is responsible for growing the office’s development pipeline by sourcing and executing a variety of developments throughout the region, including both speculative and build-to-suit projects.
Prior to joining TCC, Brendon was Vice President, Market Officer for Prologis in Central Florida, where he managed $2 billion worth of real estate assets and had responsibility for the acquisition, development, management, disposition, and overall market brand/relationship management of Prologis and its assets.
Brendon was an active board member of the Florida Chapter of NAIOP, and he served as NAIOP Central Florida Chapter President in 2019. He earned his degree in electrical engineering from Florida State University.
