Brian Schmidt serves as a Vice President for TCC’s Northern California market. In this role, Brian is responsible for all aspects of the development process, including site planning, market feasibility analysis, financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, and leasing and disposition.
Prior to joining TCC, Brian worked for four years as an associate on the transactions team for the Credit and Real Estate funds at Fortress Investment Group in San Francisco. Before joining Fortress, Brian worked as an analyst for Eastdil Secured in their San Francisco office. Brian is an active member of NAIOP and Urban Land Institute.
