Brooke manages the design and construction process from selection and coordination with design professionals and general contractors through project close out for projects in North Carolina. Brooke has over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction.
Brooke is experienced in all aspects of projects including due diligence, pre-development, permitting, debt/equity, construction management and sale of the asset. She effectively manages a project team for multiple projects from concept design to completion, including preparing development budgets, schedules and cost controls.
