Cathy Thuringer serves as President of Western U.S. at TCC. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s Western region, with oversight of the teams in Denver, Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle.
Cathy is a member of TCC's Executive Committee, which sets the strategic direction and business goals for the firm at large, and TCC’s Investment Committee, which reviews the Company’s investment in development projects throughout the United States. Cathy also serves as the Executive Committee sponsor of TCC’s Professional Women’s Network and sits on CBRE’s Women’s Network Advisory Board. She also oversees TCC’s Culture Steering Committee.
Cathy previously acted as the Market Leader and Senior Managing Director for TCC’s Phoenix office, where she had responsibility for the Development and Investment Group for TCC and High Street Residential, the firm’s residential subsidiary.
