Cathy Thuringer serves as President of Western U.S. at TCC. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s Western region, with oversight of the teams in Denver, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle.
Cathy serves on TCC's Executive Committee, which sets the strategic direction and business goals for the firm at large. Additionally, she is a member of TCC’s Investment Committee reviewing the Company’s investment in development projects throughout the United States. Cathy also serves as the Executive Committee sponsor of TCC’s Professional Women’s Network and the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee.
Cathy previously acted as the Market Leader and Senior Managing Director for TCC’s Phoenix office, where she had responsibility for the Development and Investment Group for TCC and High Street Residential, the firm’s residential subsidiary.
