Chad Fackler serves as Vice President for TCC’s Portland office. Chad is responsible for all aspects of development management from pre-development through construction in the Portland Metro Region. Chad has a proven track record of successfully delivering over 1.1 million SF of mixed use multifamily and senior living projects on time and under budget.
Chad has an extensive background in construction, design, and consulting, with development as his primary focus over the last ten years.
