Associated Office
Charlotte joined TCC in 2024 as Senior Legal Counsel. Based in London, Charlotte supports the legal team and has a varied role providing general legal advice and assisting with risk management operations, commercial investments and other transactions undertaken by TCC in Europe.
Before joining TCC, Charlotte was a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. Sitting in the Funds and Indirect Real Estate sub-team, Charlotte focused on corporate wrapped real estate acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, as well as providing more general corporate governance and transactional advice. During her time at CMS, Charlotte worked on several notable transactions including the acquisition by Henderson Park of a portfolio of 12 Hilton hotels across the UK and Ireland, and the acquisition by a private equity investment platform of a care home portfolio comprised of 67 properties, and its connected joint venture with the seller.
Outside of her professional life, Charlotte enjoys sewing (particularly dressmaking) and trying her hand at other crafts such as jewelry making and furniture upcycling.
