Associated Office
Chris serves as a Senior Associate in TCC’s Los Angeles office. Chris supports the leadership team in the analysis and execution of development and investment opportunities in Southern California, with responsibilities spanning opportunity sourcing, market analysis, due diligence, underwriting, leasing, asset management, and disposition. Chris is also responsible for supporting national strategic initiatives and contributing to broader firmwide priorities.
Prior to TCC, Chris was an Engagement Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Real Estate & Location Strategy practice, leading consulting teams on projects related to real estate transaction advisory, site selection, acquisition, and technology enablement. Prior to Deloitte, Chris worked at the Boston Consulting Group primarily focused on projects related to real estate strategy, market analysis, and capital investment.
