Associated Office
Chris Tipre serves as Principal for Trammell Crow Company’s Southern California office in San Diego and leads TCC’s new pursuits and development projects throughout San Diego County. In this capacity, he works alongside capital partners, brokers, tenant representatives and prospective investors for the sourcing, shaping, and execution of new acquisitions and developments. Chris leads TCC’s sourcing and execution of life science, multifamily and mixed-use opportunities in San Diego, creating a pipeline of over 1.2M SF of off-market development opportunities equating to over $1B expected total project costs.
Prior to leading the San Diego development platform, Chris served as the team leader for The Boardwalk, TCC’s 555,600-SF speculative Class A office campus in Irvine. He has been involved in 1.1M SF of total office/life science development, and nearly 6M SF of industrial development.
Prior to joining TCC, while earning his MBA, Chris interned as an Asset Manager at LBA Realty, where he assisted in the management and valuation of a $4B portfolio of office and industrial assets. Prior to graduate school, he held roles with Terranomics Retail Services and Sotheby’s International Realty.
