Clayton Baca serves as a Senior Vice President for TCC in the Austin office. He oversees the planning, design and construction of various project types including mixed-use, hospitality, residential, industrial and medical. With over 14 years of experience in development and construction, Baca’s experience has given him the ability to plan and deliver projects to an on-time, high quality, and on-budget conclusion.
Prior to joining TCC, he worked as a development manager for Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company, and was directly involved in the development and construction of $175 million of hospitality mixed-use projects across the U.S. and Canada. Before his development career, Baca started his career as a general contractor and was involved in the construction and management of $230 million in projects ranging from hospitality, retail, condominiums, and banking.
Baca received his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and is LEED AP certified.
