Cody Kuhne serves as Senior Associate within TCC’s Phoenix market. He focuses on multifamily opportunities across metropolitan Phoenix for the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, High Street Residential. In his role, Cody oversees all aspects of due diligence and financial modeling of prospective developments & acquisitions including validation of market information, preparation of packages for investment committee, and communication with external parties. Furthermore, Cody identifies strategic objectives for projects from lease-up through disposition to create value for TCC and its capital partners.
Prior to joining TCC, Cody worked as an MBA Associate on the Underwriting team at Invesco Real Estate in Newport Beach where he contributed to the acquisition of over $350M of multifamily and industrial properties.
