Coley Kellogg serves as Vice President in TCC’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. In this role, he is responsible for the origination, JV structuring, and execution of industrial and data center developments. Coley oversees site selection, underwriting, entitlements, project capitalization, lease negotiations, and ultimately dispositions.
During his tenure at TCC, Coley has contributed to over 6 million square feet of ground-up developments in North Texas.
