Associated Office
Conner Howe serves as Senior Associate for TCC’s Southern California office in Newport Beach, California. In this capacity, Conner supports the leadership team in the analysis and execution of development and investment opportunities in Southern California and Las Vegas including underwriting, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition. He is also responsible for providing asset management and analytical support for the entire office’s portfolio.
Prior to joining TCC, Conner spent four years as an associate with institutional student housing firm, Pierce Education Properties (PEP), where he played a vital role in the asset management, acquisition, and disposition of numerous student housing assets across the country. During his time with PEP, Conner oversaw a $750 Million portfolio of assets across 17 states, underwrote over $1.2 billion in assets, and structured an 18-property portfolio recapitalization ($500 million+). Following his time with PEP, Conner completed his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
