Cristina Barrio serves as Development manager for TCC Iberia, based in Madrid. With more than 21 years of experience across the construction and real estate sectors, primarily focused on logistics and industrial assets. Cristina plays a pivotal role in overseeing the full delivery cycle of development projects. She is responsible for managing planning processes, design coordination, budgeting, cost control, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Before joining TCC, Cristina worked as a Project Manager at SEGRO, where she led end to end delivery of logistics and industrial developments. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions in technical studies and project analysis and gained extensive on site experience through roles in site management and technical office teams within multiple construction companies.
