Hamilton “Curtis” Tubbs serves as Senior Vice President for TCC’s Northern California office in San Francisco responsible for development management and vertical construction for the office’s existing project portfolio and project pursuits in the Northern California Region. Prior to joining TCC, Tubbs served as Vice President / Project Executive for Lusardi Construction Co. focusing on the Northern California market. During his 13 years at Lusardi Construction he was responsible for the entire life cycle of a wide variety of project types including Industrial/Manufacturing, Office, Life Science, and Retail. Tubbs has managed the budgeting, design, and construction of several million square feet of industrial and office projects and has extensive experience in both design-build and design-assist delivery methods.
