Dan Rees

Dan Rees is Senior Vice President and co-head of Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) U.K. Office Development team. In this role, Dan has direct oversight of the firm’s U.K. office development and investment activities. He is responsible for sourcing U.K. investment and partnership opportunities to expand TCC’s development business within the London and UK markets. Dan is based in London.

Prior to joining TCC, Dan was the co-founder of Candour, a privately owned operating partner and development manager established in 2019. Prior to being acquired by TCC, Candour established itself as a leading U.K. workspace development partner across key markets with approximately 850,000 square feet of Grade A commercial projects under construction or in the pipeline. As a co-founder and shareholder Dan was responsible for the origination, asset management and structuring, resulting in a portfolio with a GDV over £850m.

Prior to co-founding Candour, Dan had a career in private equity with Orion Capital Manager and Brockton Capital transacting on over £1bn across UK real estate, and the asset management of the 800,000-square-foot redevelopment program.
