Dan Rees serves as Senior Vice President and leader of Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) UK Industrial team, based in London. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and securing investment and partnership opportunities across the UK, supporting the continued growth of TCC’s development platform in key industrial and logistics markets.
Prior to joining TCC, Dan co-founded Candour, a privately owned operating partner and development manager established in 2019. Prior to its acquisition by TCC, Candour became a leading UK workspace development partner, with approximately 850,000 square feet of Grade A commercial space either under construction or in the development pipeline. As co-founder and shareholder, Dan led origination, asset management, and transaction structuring activities, helping to build a portfolio with a gross development value (GDV) exceeding £850 million.
Prior to co-founding Candour, Dan built his career in private equity at Orion Capital Managers and Brockton Capital, where he was involved in over £1 billion of UK real estate transactions.
