Associated Office
Dani Taylor serves as Senior Associate within TCC’s Southern California office in Orange County. Dani focuses on industrial development opportunities within Southern California and Las Vegas. In this role, Dani is responsible for the coordination of industrial product type acquisition and development analysis, market research, due diligence, and project execution activities.
Prior to joining TCC, Dani served as an Asset Manager for Panattoni Development Company, working on lease execution, annual budgeting, dispositions, and revenue management for Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. Dani spent the first two years of her career managing the firm’s financial analysts, while assisting with development and acquisition underwriting, and financial forecasting and analysis. Prior to her time with Panattoni, Dani served internships with Sheldon Development and CBRE Transactions & Advisory Services.
Dani holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Chapman University’s George L. Argyros School of Business & Economics.
