Daniel Abbo is a member of Trammell Crow Company’s Capital Markets Group, where he focuses on equity capitalization for the firm’s U.S. development portfolio. Based in Dallas, he supports joint venture equity raises, investor outreach and relationship management, term sheet negotiation, and investment committee preparation.
Before joining the Capital Markets Group, Abbo spent time with TCC’s Global Finance team. Prior to TCC, he held internships at Starwood Property Trust and Prime Group US.
Abbo is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where he majored in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate and a specialization in Finance.
