David Freisner serves as Vice President at TCC, based in the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. With over 15 years of experience in real estate development and general contracting, David oversees the full development lifecycle. His responsibilities include property assessments, due diligence, feasibility analysis, entitlements, conceptual planning, scope and budget development, programming, scheduling, design coordination, engineering, construction management, and comprehensive stakeholder reporting.
Prior to joining TCC, David was a Senior Construction Manager at Hines, where he led complex commercial projects. He also served as a Project Manager for a national general contractor, gaining hands-on experience in field operations and project delivery.
