Davis Griffin serves as a Managing Director in TCC’s Strategic Development Solutions Group. In this role, she is responsible for expanding TCC’s relationships with large scale users and occupiers of real estate with complex multi-market requirements. Understanding industry and economic trends, the unique needs of each client, and the expertise and capabilities of each of TCC’s offices, Davis marshals the resources of TCC to effectively meet and exceed the needs of major clients. Davis brings significant experience to her role within the Strategic Account Developments Group, as she previously led the Healthcare and Life Sciences Development in Houston and Austin. In that role, she was responsible for all aspects of the development process from identifying opportunities via site selection and health system relationships to overseeing the design and programming of the healthcare facilities to the negotiation of contracts, financing and leasing of acute care medical centers, medical office facilities and life science buildings. Davis also has significant experience as a broker leasing medical office space to physician tenants and has developed a deep understanding of the importance, intricacies and complexities of physician relationships with healthcare systems. Davis has partnered with such clients as the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, Princeton HealthCare System in Princeton, New Jersey, Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, TX, Main Line Health in suburban Philadelphia, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa in San Antonio, Texas and Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. She specializes in the development of all types of healthcare properties, both as a principal investor and on a fee basis, with the goal to help clients identify and execute real estate solutions to best deliver quality care to patients.
