Dhilan Patel is a Senior Associate in TCC’s Los Angeles office. In this role, Dhilan primarily focuses on the analysis and execution of development and investment opportunities in Southern California. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing new opportunities, market research, due diligence, underwriting, leasing, asset management and disposition.
Prior to joining TCC, Dhilan held a role at Blackstone in the Real Estate group, working on their investment team. Dhilan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business with a focus on Finance and Real Estate.
