Associated Office
Dídac serves as Director, Development Investment for TCC Iberia. Based in Madrid, he is responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and execution of large-scale logistics and industrial real estate developments across the Spanish market.
Dídac brings a comprehensive track record in deal origination, underwriting, and execution, combining a granular understanding of occupier demand with technical expertise. His experience spans the entire investment lifecycle—from initial site identification and land acquisition through planning, development management, leasing strategy, and eventual asset disposition.
Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Dídac served as Business Coordinator for the Barcelona region at Goodman. During his tenure, he was instrumental in expanding the group’s logistics platform in Spain, with a strategic focus on last-mile logistics and prime industrial locations. His work centered on the delivery of complex infrastructure, including, amongst others, the underwriting of Spain’s first speculative multilevel logistics building and co-leading the nationally significant reindustrialization of the former Nissan factory in Barcelona.
