Eoin Breen serves as Vice President of Development Management with Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte, where he is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, and delivery of multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout the region. In this role, he partners with development, capital markets, design, and construction teams to manage project execution from predevelopment through completion, with a focus on mitigating risk, maintaining budget and schedule performance, and maximizing investment outcomes.
Prior to joining TCC, Eoin served as Senior Construction Manager with Crescent Communities, where he led owner’s representation for a portfolio of ground-up multifamily developments valued at more than $860 million, including a $250 million, 530-unit joint venture with Rockefeller Group in Arlington, Virginia. He was responsible for directing project teams through entitlement, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and turnover while providing executive-level reporting on project performance, risk management, and financial outcomes. Earlier in his career, he held positions as Project Executive at CBG Building Company, Estimator at ARA Construction Corp., and worked as a Junior Engineer on the Athlete Accommodations Project for the London 2012 Olympic Village.
Eoin holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Limerick. He is a LEED Green Associate and has completed the Advanced Real Estate Development & Investment program through George Mason University.
