Fabian Gerdon

Fabian serves as Vice President Development Investment for Trammell Crow Company, where he is responsible for driving the firm's residential investment strategy and development initiatives in Germany. Based in Düsseldorf, Fabian oversees the sourcing, capitalization, and execution of new residential development opportunities.

Before joining TCC, Fabian held key leadership roles at Cube Real Estate AG, most recently serving as Head of Strategy & Investment Management. In this capacity, he led the firm’s strategic direction and managed the investment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of real estate developments.

Fabian began his professional career at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he progressed through the European Graduate Programme to become an Investment Manager. During his tenure, he focused on various investment analyses and asset acquisition and disposal processes while managing existing partnerships and joint ventures.
