Associated Office
Frank Zhou serves as Vice President with Trammell Crow Company. Based in Washington, D.C., Frank leads TCC’s asset management platform in the Mid-Atlantic covering office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use assets. In his role, Frank oversees the operations, management, and financing of existing assets. Additionally, Frank works closely with development and construction management teams to develop strategies which maximize asset values and investment returns.
Prior to joining TCC, Frank served in asset management, development, and acquisition roles for Washington Property Company where he worked on a diverse portfolio of commercial assets including multifamily, office, flex, medical, and self-storage, consisting of 3,500,000 SF and 2,600 apartment units.
