Gabe Hungerford

Gabe Hungerford is a Principal for TCC's Southern California market. In this role, Gabe is responsible for identifying, analyzing, originating, and structuring ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles area. Although his core focus is multifamily, his expertise spans multiple product types including office, healthcare, and life sciences. Gabe also has deep experience with public-private partnerships and complex transaction structures including ground leases and tax-exempt bonds. Prior to joining TCC, Gabe led CBRE’s research team for the Southern California region, spearheading the integration of new technology and market research. His pioneering concepts have been integrated into CBRE's global real estate intelligence platform. Gabe holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University Northridge.
