Gabe Hungerford is responsible for acquisitions for TCC’s Los Angeles office, including financial and market analysis, entitlements, transaction structuring and documentation. His primary property types include office, medical office, and Public Private Partnerships (P3).
During his TCC tenure, Hungerford has underwritten and analyzed numerous development projects from conceptual underwriting to detailed budgeting. Recently, Hungerford has focused on major P3 projects in the Los Angeles pipeline including Metro NoHo, Vermont Corridor, and MLK Medical Office Building.
Prior to joining TCC, Gabe worked as a Research Manager at CBRE, Inc. In this role, Hungerford assembled and led an eight-person analyst team with an and implemented a proprietary $7M database pilot and shaped processes for national scalability. He also designed countless point-of-sale deliverables for field professionals and management alike, earning national recognition for innovation.
