Gary Mann serves as Director of Portfolio Management for TCC. In this role, Gary’s responsibilities include leading the administration of the TCC Investment Committees (TCC-US, TCC-Europe, and Telford Homes), leading the firm’s portfolio management activities, and playing a key role in facilitating TCC’s risk management functions. With almost 25 years of multifamily operating and development experience of approximately 30,000 units, Gary brings extensive asset management experience and in-depth knowledge of property operations. He has a proven ability to understand problems and develop solutions that will create value and take advantage of market opportunities.
