Associated Office
Gio Lincón serves as a Vice President within TCC’s Dallas-Fort Worth office, focusing on mixed-use and multifamily opportunities. In this role, Gio is responsible for all aspects of the development and investment process, including site selection, market research, due diligence, underwriting, leasing, and asset management.
Prior to joining TCC, Gio served as a location strategy consultant at Deloitte where he helped Fortune 500 clients optimize their real estate portfolios and effectively respond to changing market dynamics.
