Grady Hamilton is the Market Leader and Managing Director for TCC’s Chicago office, which develops throughout the Midwest market, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin and Nebraska. Grady is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the company’s real estate development activities in the Upper Midwest region, and for raising capital, setting investment strategy, creating deal flow, financing projects, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the regional team. Under Grady’s leadership, TCC’s Midwest office is responsible for over $3B of completed and in process development, across office, life science, industrial and multifamily projects.
A 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Grady previously served as Vice President of Opus North Corporation, where he oversaw the company’s development operations across all product types in Chicago.
