Graham Reece is Senior Vice President, Head of European Construction for Trammell Crow Company. In this role, Graham oversees the analysis, procurement, and delivery of all industrial projects in Europe. He also serves as the Senior Technical Advisor and Environmental Sustainability lead for the European market.
Graham has over 30 years of experience working on large-scale development and construction projects in EMEA. He has an in-depth comprehension of end-to-end real estate development in multiple countries, particularly relating to logistics. Graham is primarily responsible for technical analysis, product specification, budgeting, underwriting and delivery of new development projects in Europe.
In his role at Trammell Crow Company, Graham also provides expert technical leadership to the development and construction teams across Europe with focus on creating efficient and attractive solutions and overseeing projects from acquisition and concept stages, through design development to final product delivery.
