Gregg Gilbert lead’s TCC’s operations across Iberia, overseeing strategy, acquisitions and development activity across Spain and Portugal, with a focus on growing the firm’s existing logistics pipeline and expanding into other commercial and residential projects.
Gilbert has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, and joined TCC from PineBridge Benson Elliot (PBBE), a pan-European real estate private equity fund manager, where he spent 14 years as Managing Director and Head of Iberia, responsible for originating, analysing and managing investments in Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and the U.K. Prior to PBBE, he worked for global private equity investor Colony Capital’s European business, and also for ERA (now part of AECOM), advising developers and investors on market and financial feasibility of large-scale resort and second-home developments across the globe.
During his 16 years in Europe, Gilbert has developed, refurbished, or acquired and managed real estate across a broad range of asset classes. He has extensive experience in offices, residential, hospitality, retail, and alternatives.
